We have a couple of acres in Central Florida and Sam has the run of the property and can come and go as she pleases. We have had, on occasion, foster horses here that have come to us malnourished or mistreated and have been adopted out to new homes and loving families. I guess there is a need to study everything. I'm just thankful that we humans were given creatures that would put up with and accept our failings and flaws and still love us no matter what.
