Thank you Mr. Thompson and everyone at Zootoo for a lovely day. I was very impressed with your enthusiasm for spaying and neutering. Second Chance Animal Shelter has really been working hard to get that message out to the community and it is working. I hope that you will consider them for this makeover. They could do so much more not just for our community, but they could certainly be a Zootoo model for the country.
They have done so much with so little. If you give them the tools that they need with more space and the basic necessities that they are lacking, I think you will be very impressed with the outcome of your makeover. I really think they could serve as an example of how spaying and neutering services can not just help the pets at the shelter but can transform a community.
I hate to hear about pet over population and being euthanized. Getting pets spayed would make tremendous difference. This shelter is so deserving for their hard work and I hope that they can expand and show everyone what they can do if they have more space to give more services. They help other shelters to not have to euthanize and I'm sure that a makeover would help them to do so much more.
I know that they take in from other areas of the country and I have heard that they are planning on working with these other areas to help them start spay programs. I think this is amazing for a small shelter in East Brookfield. I can only imagine what more they could do with a makeover. They are certainly deserving for their efforts.
