Why should Stray Rescue of St. Louis win a shelter make over? I think they should because they help so many animals find their forever homes. The dogs are rescued off some of the toughest streets in St Louis, are rehabilitated and then placed in loving homes. I've never heard of it before either. But I do use "zen down" with one of my over stimulated foster dogs. Works really well to get him to chill out :-)
