The Humane Society of Parkersburg and the Humane Society of the Mid Ohio Valley both finished this contest in the top 20. So congratulations and thank you to everyone who supported these shelters! In my eyes this is a huge victory for us considering that several of the other Top 20ers are located in much larger cities.
