I am confused...how can the Washington County Humane Society be so far ahead in points and not even make the top three in finalists? This web site seems like a big waste of time to me...tired of doing all this just to look at pretty photos of animals and people who want you to look at their mug shots...may be would should just all find better ways to spend our time.
