Description: Bart and his brother, Star, were early rescue additions to the herd. These two Thoroughbreds were born and bred to race, but when the owner decided to pack up and move to another state, Bart and Star would not load so they had to leave them behind. Both of these colts were born in that pasture and had never been out of it. So, when they were asked to leave, they took the easy way out and said "no." That is, until we arrived.
