Description:
Chicote is a black throat monitor, that came to the rescue when the people that owned him could no longer take care of him/they were moving. He was on the verge of kidney failure and was about 20 pounds lighter than he is now. He couldn't walk upright he dragged himself along. Now he can climb and run. The previous owners were feeding him mostly scrambled eggs. Chicote now gets a healthy diet of chicken, burger, rats (live) and sometimes he's gets fish and rabbit.
