There are much better ways of handling the feral cat problem. But there is some obligation for the animals besides feeding. I would propose that anyone who begins feeding a colony must report it to a trap/neuter/spay organization. If cities want to reduce the feral population, they have two choices. Either fund the TSR organizations, educate their citizens or both. Read Less
