Yea the CHS is cramped, that is the point of a make over. The staff is anything but cluleless. There are several volunteers coming in and out, chances are you asked one of them. The reason they are loacted by the Platt, there are several strays running lose there, by far a great loaction for rescuing animals. I don't things like this should be said about the CHS. Read Less
