Description: I've had Tipper since he was 7 weeks old. I've always loved rat terriers and Tipper has been an amazing dog. Even at age 15, he still loves to play with toys and go for rides. Tipper is my miracle dog - he's had cancer, kidney issues, a spinal cord stroke and a heart murmer, but doesn't let anything get him down. He was an "only dog" for the first 12 years of his life, now has a little brother, Pepper, who keeps him young and active! Tipper is white & black, with a tan muzzle.
