WE NEED A MAKEOVER

The West Plains regional animal shelter does need a makeover because the dog pins keep falling apart and the dogs keep escapeing , the cat rooms don't have any windows , the floors are falling in,are cages are falling apart,and we have vary little space for the animals. read more
