Gosh, and this one didn't happen in America -- the lawsuit capital of the world. I thought this was funny upon first reading and then I realized I should consider it with more seriousness. I have barking dogs all around me it seems like all the time (and I'm sure my neighbors sometimes think so too). If you are in that situation, it seems you would realize what was happening and take some kind of precaution to keep it from happening. Surely his ears hurt or something. Who's to say he didn't have a proclivity for hearing loss or had perhaps listened to loud music over an extended period of time. I say deny the claim and close the case. Read Less
