Description: Bailey ran into our garage one rainy day as my husband was walking out. She was terrified of the storm & hadn't been groomed in quite some time. She had no tags & wasn't chipped. She may have been dumped since no one ever claimed her in spite of the listings in lost & found databases & posters & flyers we put up. She's one of the happiest dogs I've ever seen & wags her tail so furiously that she actually hits herself in the head. She thinks she's a lap dog.
