Description: Loco is my neighbors dog. He comes over quite regularly to visit, sometimes he will stay the night or the weekend. His owner is a fireman and has some crazy hours. Loco is as sweet as can be. He's mellow, get's along well with all dogs and cats, and Mooch likes him because he doesn't play too rough with an old guy like himself, and he waits until Mooch takes a treat first, comes through the door first, etc. He got some manners for such a young fellow.
