PETA has no way of knowing how the dogs are treated!!! Is there an official investigation??? Has there been an official complaint made with Animal Control in that County against Brittney???? I think the energy and time this has taken PETA could have been spent on an OBVIOUSLY neglected & abused animal. Read Less
