This is just devastating, Michelle. We all know how hard you have worked to help make this a better site for rabbit owners. Unfortunately this seems to be happening to a lot of our members and zootoo will not offer any real explanation. Im shocked to see some of the reviews and comments other shelters can get away with while our points and reviews are deleted without explanation. Many of us have had reviews deleted on Oxbow and other products we use daily. Its really upsetting, but we have to keep going- Midwest deserves this and we know it (even if no one else thinks so).
