Description: Ruby is a comical, playful, energetic little pup - but she sure wasn't that way when she was dropped off at the shelter in West Virginia. Obese and barely able to move, poor little Roo was a victim of ignorance - the people who had her just fed her until she was ready to pop. I'm happy to report she's lost over 10 pounds and as the pounds fell away her little personality just bubbled to the surface. We can't say Lady's thrilled with her new pack mate, but we're thrilled to have little Roo!!!
