First time journaler

I'm not sure how to journal. I was never good at keeping a diary when I was a kid. So I'm a first timer at this & have questions. Do I stay on the same theme each time I journal? Do I post only when there's an issue that needs to be addressed? How do I find out that I've received a response (if there is one)? I have many more but can't think of them right now. If anyone out there has suggestions, I'm open to them. Have a good afternoon. read more
