Description: Brought back to the shelter by an owner who "Moved" to another location and cannot have cats.
While in foster care, I feel that the cat was abused. She cowers when approached and was not litter box trained .
I have been trying to train her to use the litter box. She is getting better after 5 months and going on newspapers near the litter box . She stopped going else where in the house .
