Why MaxFund should win this makeover

I was turned down for a dog application at MaxFund before I became a volunteer. Usually that's not how it happens. Most people are upset, threatening and vow to never do anything for the shelter again. I was intrigued, most shelters I'd known didn't really care who an animal went to.
