I think it is far past time for some one that is as high as the president of the United States to look after and care for the hopeless animals in shelters. Someone has to speak for them, cause they can not speak for themselves. The people that run the shelters and care for the animals need money to get all kinds of supplies for the sweet animals. After all they are working hard to help them find their Forever homes so they will not have to be in a shelter for life, cause that is no way to live. Please get them to help. Read Less
