Why The SPCA Serving Erie County Should Win
The SPCA Serving Erie County is a great shelter that has done a lot relying only on donations and no governmental financial support. I noticed that Zootoo refers to the same theme, "people helping people, helping animals." If The SPCA Serving Erie County were to win I strongly believe that this theme would continue.
