I wonder how many of these puppies came from a puppy mill. Those folks are notorious for saying they vaccinate their animals, when in reality they don't.

I wish more communities could afford this type of investigator. More has to be done to stop abusers. The minuscule punishments given to abusers in my area (SE WI) are pathetic.

This case is being watched all around the country! If this jerk gets off......
