Description: I adopted Ozzy from the Canton Animal Shelter. He bears a striking resemblance to Oscar the Grouch but in appearance only. Ozzy is probably the happiest dog you could imagine. I'm not sure if dogs can actually smile but Ozzy always looks as though he's happy. He loves to play with toys & has a large basket full that he shares with his "sister" Madison.
