This Would Be A Dream Come True

Our Olean SPCA is a wonderful place but we definitely need a larger facility for our area. Our SPCA is responsible for a wide area. There are many farm areas and small villages. I don't think many people get their animals spayed or neutered and this creates over population which is why we need more room. At the Olean SPCA they do spay and neutering but of course this is costly. A new facility would be wonderful for this area. read more
