There is nothing better in life than to "give back". Your work with the shelter is such an inspiration - they could sure use the space, but what they have is truly filled with "heart".

Think hard about the adoption - it serves such a benefit to the community - and I guarantee you will get a fine pet.

Over the years we have adopted a total of 4 cats - all have become part of our family and DAWS couldn't have been more helpful.

I agree with you about the volunteers. Almost everyone holds down full time jobs, or is handling children at home, yet they all manage to volunteer with their time and their hearts.
