Second Chance DESERVES a makeover

It is truly remarkable all the work the volunteers and small staff do for the pets of Central Mass. Thousands of pets have better lives because of this small shelter. A makeover would allow Second Chance to help even more! Just necessary improvements are needed to keep it running the way it has been! Sounds like an abuse of the system, but I'll bet he was just frantic with worry and this idea came to him... a way to quickly reach as many people as possible. Shows how much he must really love his cat!
