This past weekend was the Humane Society of the Nature Coast's Pet Expo. As usual, the Humane Society does a great job. The highlight of the event this year was the visit of Richard Thompson of Zootoo. Puppy Mill Bust Creates Frenzy at Local Shelter

Puppie mills are a disgrace and people that run them should get punished very severe. I just hope the shelter makes sure, that the people who adopt one of these dogs, that it is a life commitment to the dog and not just a spur-of-the-moment thing.
