What a sad story?! I feel for that family... but on another note, when you kennel a dog 90% of the time, how do you expect her to know wrong from right, or to be socialized! It is very sad that this lady probably wont be told that maybe if her animals were socialized, and not locked up this could have been prevented. And then after knowing her dog isnt well socialized and kenneled all its life, she has the guts to leave the baby and unsocialized dog in the same room, with no one to watch them? pathetic if you ask me... poor child, poor dog...
