Unfortunately there are numerous stray dogs and cats in our area that do not have a place to sleep or eat. With a larger Animal Shelter in our area they could handle most of these animals. West Plains is a small town in the Missouri Ozarks and is a beautiful place to live. Money is at a premium in this area for getting enough to build a large Animal Shelter. We need as much help as we can to make this dream come true. A home for the homeless! read more
