I think the SPCA needs and deserves the million dollare make over is because they are truley dedicated to saving animals lives and pour there heart and sole in to doing so with a budget that is half of what bigger shelters have who do less with more money if they were not in it for the animals and keeping them alive and safe they would have alot mo… read more
