It should be a law in every country and every state that people who have sexual misconduct with any one living or dead. Animal or Human should be locked up in a mental facility and treated horribly. Honestly people who does these things don't have rights as humans any more. Why can't we just get "rid" of the problem, the government needs to stop labeling these people and letting them back to live free. Labeling some one isn't going to help the other who are harmed.
