I work for Iams and we are accountable for making sure that our products are wholesome, and that consumers can feed them with confidence. Instead of contracting other companies to conduct our feeding studies, we choose to conduct such studies in the homes of our employee families. Today, more than 70% of our the animal taste testers are family pets living in private homes. For the studies that require a more controlled environment, we use our company-owned, state-of-the-art Pet Health & Nutrition Center.
