The Washington Area Humane Society is the best shelter in the nation. I have never been in a place where more acts of kindness and compassion are done every day. It's snowing again. 6 more weeks of winter I guess, just like groundhog Punxatawny Phil predicted. My pets and I are all stir crazy from being trapped inside.
