Dang Allergies
Angela S. (jazacmom) in Health & Wellness
Sprite has been suffering with his allergies since November. I am so sick of the scratching and licking, as I am sure he is too. The only thing that seems to help is the prednisone, which I hate to give him as it is so hard on the body. I guess at least it does give him some relief. Hopefully they will be calmed down by next month. read more

My husband works with the elderly and sometimes those with dementia or Alzheimer disease may even forget they have the pet. Maybe the pet gets out at night and the owner really just does not remember that there should be a pet in their house. There are also times that a jealous lover may dump a dog just out of spite. This dog could have been dumped far from home, which is maybe why the owner has not been looking in the right place for his/her dog. You just never know. If only the pets could talk... Read less
