I have thought about that, but I don't make the rules. If I did we would take everyone with no fee just ask for a donation with the surrender. I was just saying were not greedy, we never ever make a profit. and we don't eauthanize left and right....we are a no-kill shelter. That is also why we ask for a surrender fee, because we go above and beyond to get these animals available, treating their health/behavorial issues. Unlike most open door shelters that euthanize when they know its gonna take alot of time or alot of money. Read Less
