Description: Peepers is a cute little canary with lots of personality. He is unusually calm for a canary. He was brought in to the Humane Society of Ventura County by somebody who found him in their yard. Luckily he was caught because he wouldn't have lasted long with all the hawks we have here in Ojai. Nobody claimed him. He was living on the file cabinet next to my desk and he would peep at me all day - that's how he got his name. I became attached to him so I decided to adopt him and have had him for about two years.
