While I understand that not trapping & neutering or spaying these animals is only goig to perpetuate the problem, I don't think this man should have been fined for feeding them. Maybe the city of Galveston should have taken the $$$ that they used to prosecute Mr. Newland & put it towards spaying & neutering these animals. Some times people just don't think about the problem at hand before they try to solve it....I think that is clearly the case here Read Less
