This story literally turns my stomach. More serious action needs to be taken against these puppy mills and it needs to be across the country. While I'll admit things have gotten slightly better and they're actually starting to shut them down, they need to assign more people to busting these jerks and lock them away for good. Someone should remove THEIR voice box and lock them up in a cage covered in feces, urine, no sun, no fresh air...yet I'm afraid even that is too good for these people.
