21 months? It should be 21 years. If the sentences for these crimes were more severe maybe these people would think twice before taking their anger and frustration out on innocent animals and people. It has been proven that people who commit cruel crimes against animals are very likely to repeat the pattern with human beings. Our court system is way to easy on muderers so I guess I am dreaming when I expect the penalty to be strict for a crime against an animal. Read Less
