I also agree 150% on what you are saying. If any shelter needs the makeover the most, it is WPRAS!! They do not get any help from the city or state...The money that comes in there, comes from people bringing in donations to sell in the Thrift Shop. Others send checks, help pay the vet bill, etc. Everyone that is there, are volunteers. WPRAS needs help..people want to take their unwanted animals there, but nobody wants to help out. Thats what they are there for is to help out with the animals, but lot of you get mad because they ask for an intake fee. They can only take in so many animals. As it has been repeated before about the intake fee, the intake fee goes toward the cats & dogs being fixed to stop the over population of so many unwanted animals, goes towards them getting vaccinated, and other medical bills if it arises that the animal needs to be seen by a vet. Go to a vet and see if you can get a cat or dog fixed for the same price, with shots etc.. that they are adopting an animal out for.... YOU CANT!! I am very proud of all of the volunteers at the shelter.KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!! Read Less
