Hi Amy: Thank you for your comment and your review of our shelter (I read that as well). As I watched the video, those same words touched me too. That statement was made by Lori, our shleter manager. And your word "wionderful" describes her perfectly. We are blessed to have her at the shelter. Her sincerity and kindness to people is apparent in her work with the animals. She is the greatest!
