Description: Toby is alergic to just about everything, all three of my dogs have a special need of one kind or another, he is a VERY sweet boy who just loves to cuddle and will literally have a conversation with me when I come home. He doesnt bark at me he talks. He knows my cats name and if you say the cats name, Toby will go get him for you. He is very smart. He is the first dog we got and he is responsible for us having 2 more, because we fell in love with him so much we just had to have more.
