You are correct in pointing out that Paaws is run by all non paid volunteers including it's non-paid Board of Directors, however, the entire cost of the spay/neuter surgery goes to the Vet on duty. If the surgery costs $50.00 the vet gets the entire $50.00. Just wanted to clear that up. Read Less
