Description: Just about the best looking dog around. All white with 2 giant black eye patches. The average Joe calls him Bandit or asks if he is wearing sunglasses! We saw him online and drove 90 minutes to the shelter that had him in Indiana County. He stood the entire ride home. He had never been handed a treat and he did not even know how to sit. Now he is the model of obedience.
