Chala is my biggest loser! She has lost 10lbs since last year. She's still probably 10lbs overweight, but this is a great accomplishment for a 15 year old dog. Of course, Chala thinks she's starving. Maybe I'll see the next 10lbs drop off in the coming year. Or maybe Mr. Kitty can join our diet plan. Hehehe. read more

Does anybody keep goldfish and/or algae eaters in their horse water tank?

It may not help much with algae. I know some people who keep goldfish in water tanks to cut down on the number of mosquitoes. The fish will eat bug larvae, but I wouldn't expect them to make a big den… read more

Pet Wallaby: 'A Dream Come True' for Student

Another case of any pet you have is a pet for sure. Hopefully she is a good - no, wait, great - owner that learns as much as possible, stays dedicated, and takes wonderful care of her wallaby. There are all too many cases of the "oh, it's cute" syndrome.
