Description: T-I-double g-RRRR! Tigger looks exactly like the character from Winnie the Pooh, and he acts like him, too. He is bouncy and exuberant and full of joy. We rescued him, his seven siblings, and his momma with the help of the Bloomington Animal Care and Control staff. We fostered his mom and siblings, and helped find homes for everyone... except Tigger. After a couple of failed adoption attempts, we decided he stayed. He loves all dogs and goes to The Dog House, a cage-free doggie daycare, several times a week. (We love that place, because it wears him out, and the owners and staff are GREAT.) Tigger is a lot of dog in a relatively small, tiger-striped package.
