Overpopulation needs to stop and the way to do that is through education and more funding. If more pet owners spayed/neutered their animals alot of needless suffering would end. Non-profit animal shelters need ALOT more assistance. There needs to be ALOT more free spay/neuter clinics also. Our government needs to step up and see how serious this situation really is. Its not going to go away and seems to be getting worse. Please help this come to an end. Read Less
