I am also a foster parent for CAT, and am constantly impressed with the support they provide. My first foster experience with them was just after they opened, many years ago, and things have improved drastically since. I know of no other program that provides their foster parents with supplies, mentorship, and 24-hour emergency support. The emotional support is also unbelievable. Anyone who is considering fostering should start here! Read Less
