Your absolutely correct, when used properly an e collar does not cause a dog pain. I feel that someone that has never trained with an e collar SHOULD consult with a good, experienced e collar trainer

I have been vetting at Pinelands for about 7 years now. Dr Hopps is a wonderful man. Dr. Karen Watson is the vet I use at Pinelands because she knows SO MUCH about German Shepherds.
